Urgent problem out of hours
If you have an urgent problem relating to your treatment and the practice is closed:
You can also contact the ward at the hospital where your surgery took place. The ward number is on your discharge paperwork.
For anything serious that cannot wait, go to your nearest A&E or call 999.
During practice hours
For routine and non-urgent queries, contact the practice. We aim to reply the same working day.
