Insured patients
Mr Gane is BUPA fee-assured and is registered with all the common health insurers, including:
We confirm any expected fees with you before your consultation. Before your appointment, please contact your insurer to confirm cover and obtain pre-authorisation, and have your membership and authorisation numbers ready. Some policies require a referral from your GP.
Self-pay patients
You are welcome to be seen without insurance. We confirm the fee with you before anything goes ahead, and Mr Gane's fee information is published independently on the PHIN website (the Private Healthcare Information Network).
The figures below are guide consultant fees for common procedures. They cover Mr Gane's surgical fee only; the hospital's theatre, ward and anaesthetist charges are billed separately. The final fee depends on your individual assessment.
